Endless Possibilities: Why would God choose me?
We are part of a society that views pain and hardship as something to be avoided at all costs. We will do almost anything to avoid them, while pleasure and happiness likewise are seen as of the highest value in life. This has left many with questions about the goodness of God, why he allows suffering, and what the limits of his power might be. Today we examine Joseph’s life lessons from his suffering, and the plan of God, which did not initiate suffering, but did not prevent it, for the sake of growing Joseph, and providing for the rescue of millions.
