LEAD: Leadership Education and Development

Leadership Education and Development (L.E.A.D.) -This training exists to orient new leaders to the procedures, philosophy of ministry, and expectations of servant leadership. We are excited that you want to be a leader at Vinelife. This course does not make you a leader but it will teach you about what it means to be a leader at Vinelife and how to complete processes for promotions and events. This training is a requirement to be in leadership.

Please come prepared to learn and ask questions. This is one step in our process.

The first meeting is an orientation to our organizational structure and an introduction to our processes for promotions and events. The second and third meetings include a commitment to read, reflect, and prepare yourself for servant leadership at VineLife. There are two books you will need to purchase and read before the second and third meetings.
