Psalm 23:1-6

Today we are starting into a new series on Psalm 23. This is one of the most read, most beloved psalms in the entire psalter. It is often read at funerals because of the line in verse 4 referring to death, but it is actually very much a psalm about life. The verse about facing death is less about comfort for those who have died, and is much more focused on not being afraid in life, but trusting God with our lives, even when we are in danger, or face death. This first message in the series focuses us on the way in which we can trust God to provide for us.
