Isaiah 9.1-21

Over the last two weeks we have been looking at the Messianic prophecies, as the promises kept by faithful God, in the midst of humanity’s failures and unfaithfulness. With each week we have learned more about what God has been doing in his world to keep his word and to rescue us, thus giving us a hope and future. This week, we build on the prophecies that we studied over the past two weeks to clarify who this child is, how he can make all the difference, and why he can crush the head of the serpent and give us peace.
