Every church has essentially the same mission to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. It is a timeless mission. How a congregation does uniquely fulfills that mission is what we call the vision of the church. No two churches have the same vision because it is rooted in the unique calling and gifting of its members, leaders and gifting. It changes as the congregation changes. Over the past four years we have seen significant change as a congregation, as has our community. My hope today is to share with you what God has been doing over the past four years to lay the groundwork for what he is doing right now in our midst.
